students need well developed communication skills to
function successfully in today’s information society.
Communication between parents, staff, students and the
community is vital to our effective operation.
Cooperation
We
believe students who have opportunities for cooperative
learning interactions and activities achieve more in
school and become proficient at building group
relationships and utilizing problem solving techniques.
Cooperation between the school, home and community is a
necessary component of effective education.
Confidence
Self-confidence and self-esteem provide students with a
sound basis for making decisions, now and in the
future. Providing a high quality educational program
for our students will instill confidence and respect
within our school community.
Community
Active parent involvement and strong community
relationships further enhance our effective educational
program. Our PTA provides many wonderful opportunities
for students, families and staff members to enjoy. We
appreciate the support they provide for the entire Kruse
community. The involvement and support of our fire
department, police department, local businesses and
village hall are also integral parts of being a cohesive
community.
Children
We
are proud of our children’s efforts and
accomplishments. Providing what is best for children is
at the heart of our decision making. They are the heart
and soul of Kruse.
