Choose one activity for the summer.
- Find a cozy spot and read a book of your choice for 15 minutes daily.
- Complete an ELA IXL Summer Boost Skill Plan.
- Read books on Renaissance Learning (MyON) for 15 minutes daily.
- Complete your local library Reading Challenge.

- Complete a Math IXL Summer Boost Skill Plan.
- Complete Zearn Summer Series.
- Play a daily math game with family or friends.
- Build your math fluency with daily flashcard practice.

Choose 2-3 activities weekly.
- Complete one virtual field trip or real-life field trip. Describe your favorite part to someone.
- Take a nature walk and journal observations.
- Trace your shadow at different times of the day and observe how it changes.
- Practice tying your shoes.
- Create an obstacle course and time yourself as you complete it.
- Practice write your first and last name with capitalized first letters.
- Practice writing your home address and phone number.
- Have a conversation with a family member about your favorite animal or book.
- Do a random act of kindness, for example: clean up a mess you didn't make or hold the door open for someone.
- Visit the Oak Park Avenue benches-write about your favorite bench or create a vlog documenting your experience.
- Visit the Farmer's Market and try a new fruit or vegetable.
